Jeff and Nate McKerracher have been at the helm of their family's business for several years now.

With the utmost of respect for the legacy of A1 Plumbing, they embarked on a careful refurbishing of their brand identity by including their customers, their staff and a bevy of professionals.

Early in the process, Jeff invited me to witness the unfolding of this narrative. It was a fairly open-ended assignment, but the challenge of creating a reality-tv style journal was too good to pass up.
